This makes it easy for clients to share their documents with us when we are working with them, or their accountant, on their estate plan and preparing their wills and enduring powers of attorney, reviewing their superannuation arrangements and ensuring their trust deeds are reflect their wishes and intentions.
This also allows us to set up bespoke data rooms for when we are assisting clients in mergers or acquisitions which occur frequently in the not-for-profit and charity sector.
